Helped relieve my adrenal fatigue! After trying numerous treatments for low testosterone and sleep apnea with no success, I self-diagnosed adrenal fatigue. After changing jobs to reduce stress and taking this product, my daily energy levels have dramatically improved. I no longer wake up feeling groggy and don’t need mid-day naps anymore!

Working product! I had nightly urges for the toilet which were resolved after using this supplement for a month as recommended by my nutritionist. I couldn't believe it was possible! In just two weeks, I slept through the night without waking for a "pee". I've ordered another jar as I feel revitalised. The capsules are small with a pleasant herbal taste.

Unfortunately, this product wasn't suitable for me—I still struggle with poor sleep despite trying it for a month. I continue to face stress and anxiety without finding a solution to relax.

Sleep disruption
Unfortunately, this product bothered my sleep. I've used Gaia Ashwagandha and Rhodiola for years without issues. This supplement contained an ingredient causing increased insomnia. I still love Gaia products, but this one wasn't for me.

This product made me more nervous and disrupted my sleep, so consider analysing it before use. Despite the quality being good, I felt an immediate impact, but it wasn't beneficial for me.
